The 26&2 training at YogaFX was excellent. You are teaching almost from the start of the course and your confidence increases daily. My experience with YogaFX was a true gamechanger. Starting from the motivating conversations I had with Mr Ian whilst in my home base in Aus after going through multiple injury hurdles and extremely difficult life challenges prior to signing up for the course I was consistently reassured by Mr Ian to just come along to the course as there is something in it for absolutely everyone. I took the leap of faith to sign up and it’s definitely a milestone in my life that I’ll never look back on. Right from the accomodation that Mr Ian arranged for us through to the morning and evening walks through the cattle paddocks to/from Soham Wellness Centre (teaching venue) I really did start to feel a unexplainable sense of peacefulness as the course progressed. We began the day with an intense yoga class that left you with the most amazingly satisfying feeling of achievement once it concluded. We then had unlimited access to the Wellness Centres facilities such as the ice bath, steam room and Sauna that prepared our bodies and minds for the interactive learning day of activities that followed. The friends and inspiring stories that I made and heard during this course are people and experience’s I aim to keep in contact with and reflect on for the rest of my life. Thanks so very much to Grace, Ivara, the camera crew, the Soham staff and last but not least Mr Ian for the most dynamic teacher learning environment and experience you all provided. 🙏🙏🙏
